Feminine but low on frills, the Streamlined Popover is a washable silk blouse with a v-neck, long sleeves and a flared cuff that adds some drama but can be folded back for practical moments.  It has an easy fit through the body and looks beautiful worn loose or tucked into a skirt or trousers.  Lindsay is 5'6" and wearing the XS.
