There’s a moment every year when fall really starts to feel like fall. The jackets come out. Sweaters start making sense. Getting dressed gets interesting again.
And around here, it feels a little like coming home.
Some of this week’s arrivals have been part of Tea & Oranges from the very beginning; others are brand new to us. But they share the things we’ve always loved: beautiful fabrics, familiar shapes made more interesting, and clothes and accessories that earn their place in your wardrobe.
Harris Wharf
Some things earn a permanent place in your wardrobe. Harris Wharf has been part of T&O since day one, and its blazers are still among the pieces our customers come back for year after year: beautifully polished, surprisingly comfortable, and made from fabrics that can handle real life. This fall, though, don’t stop at the blazers. The London-based, made-in-Italy collection has some seriously good outerwear—from beautifully simple coats to a funnel-neck jacket that might be the chicest thing in the room.
Pharaoh
Three deliveries in, and we’re figuring Pharaoh out. This California brand starts with familiar silhouettes, then makes them better through thoughtful details, surprisingly great fabrics and a relaxed polish that makes everything remarkably easy to wear. And then there are the pants: the fits have been so consistently good that they’re quickly becoming the thing we know to watch. Consider this your warning—if you find your size, don’t assume it’ll still be here later.

MJ Watson
MJ Watson has been with us since the beginning, but it’s never been interested in making a lot of noise. Made to order in small batches in Italy, these are classic sweaters distinguished by the things you notice once you live with them: thoughtful proportions, subtle details and exceptional yarns. Cashmere is blended with silk or wool not as a compromise, but an improvement—adding drape, softness and durability. If you know, you know. And if you don’t, this is a good time to find out.
