This tiered skirt skirt has a wide elastic waistband with belt loops that secure a coordinating self tie that's punctuated with a tassel at each end. And yes, there are pockets. Wear with a simple white tee or with boots and a knit as temps.  Made up in a delicious cocoa colored floral that is well-poised for fall.  We find this style runs big as the waistband is highly elastic and there's a lot of fabric in the skirt.  100% cotton, dry cleaning recommended. Ella is 5'6" and wearing the XS.
