An effortless and colorful top, designed for everyday effortless wear.  It has a round neckline with a button loop closure at the neck, so you can choose to wear it open to create a v-neckline or closed.  There is elastic smocking below the neckline and at the sleeve cuffs.  Relaxed fit with a subtle puff to the sleeves.  80% cotton, 20% silk.  Dry clean recommended.  Runs true to size.  Pam is 5'7" and wearing the small.
