A loose fitting blouse with a half-button front and a subtle ruffle at the neck.  The fabric is a super light, organic cotton poplin with a seersucker texture, but the print is an unexpected and darling blue animal print.  100% organic cotton. Made in China.  Loose fitting by design. Machine was cold/delicate and hang dry, or dry clean.  European sizing translates as follows: 34=XS, 36=S, 38=M, 40=L
