This pretty vintage inspired Evelyn top sports short puffed sleeves with cute ties at the elbow.  The neckline is square and the top is fastened with medium sized fabric covered buttons which gives a crisp finish.  We think this top is a must for the spring and summer season.  Made from 100% cotton.
